What You'll Do:
Lead Field Operations:
  • Direct and support installation technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
  • Set daily priorities and maintain accountability across the job site.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Drive Project Execution:
  • Coordinate labor, schedules, deliveries, tools, and resources to keep projects moving forward.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges that could impact timelines.
  • Ensure installations align with project plans and quality expectations.

Develop and Mentor Technicians:
  • Train and coach team members to strengthen technical skills and field readiness.
  • Share best practices and provide hands-on guidance during installations.
  • Support the growth of future leaders within the organization.

Communicate and Collaborate:
  • Partner with project leadership to provide updates, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help create a positive experience for clients and project partners.

Maintain Safety and Quality Standards:
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices across all job sites.
  • Ensure teams have the proper tools, materials, and documentation needed to succeed.
  • Uphold installation standards and verify work meets company expectations.

What You Bring:
  • Experience leading AV integration or low-voltage installation crews in the field.
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, site coordination, and multi-trade environments.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Solid knowledge of AV system components, installation practices, and layout planning.
  • A proactive approach to planning, execution, and team development.
