Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies related to cross-rented equipment.
Support internal teams with equipment solutions during show emergencies and inventory shortages.

Strengthen Vendor and Partner Relationships:

Develop and maintain effective relationships with carriers, suppliers, and external partners.

Support equipment planning and forecasting efforts designed to maximise asset utilisation and reduce operational spend.
Contribute to the reliability and efficiency of equipment deployment throughout the event lifecycle.

Support Project Execution:

Assist Production Assistants with quotations, project coordination, logistics planning, and shipment tracking.
Provide administrative and operational support across office functions as required.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
Working knowledge of carnet manifests.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and documentation.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing logistics demands.
Effective communication skills when working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transportation partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Flexibility to support business needs, including overtime during busy periods.

Why You'll Love It Here:

This role puts you at the centre of equipment planning and logistics operations that support live events and production projects. You'll work across suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to solve problems, keep projects on track, and make a direct impact on operational success.

If you enjoy bringing order to complex logistics, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, we'd love to hear from you.
