What You’ll Be Doing:
Location: Orlando, FL.
Pay: $21.73 – $26.18 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, addendum billings, and credit memos for rental contracts, shows, and sales while verifying approvals, tax application, damage waivers, and credit status.
- System & GL Posting: Enter AR invoices into the accounting system, verify account coding accuracy, and post transactions to the general ledger.
- Collections Oversight: Review AR aging reports and oversee collection activities, including follow-up on problem accounts.
- Credit Management: Manage the credit application process and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms.
- Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close related to AR procedures and review reconciliations prepared by the AR team.
- Customer File Maintenance: Ensure proper documentation of credit files, insurance certificates, and sales tax status.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review AR procedures and recommend operational enhancements.
- Team Leadership: Participate in training, coaching, and motivating AR team members to drive strong performance and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting field.
- BS or AA Degree in Accounting preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit risk, and general ledger processes.
- Ability to lead by example while supporting and developing team members.
