What You'll Do
Lead and Develop the Sales Team:
  • Coach and develop Account Executives through regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, and performance feedback. 
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management initiatives.
  • Translate strategic sales objectives into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable execution. 
Drive Pipeline and Forecast Excellence:
  • Guide opportunities from qualification through proposal, close, and internal handoff. 
  • Maintain strong CRM and Q360 discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity management. 
  • Track progress against activity, pipeline, forecast, and account development commitments, providing coaching where needed. 
Support Strategic Growth:
  • Partner with Account Executives on complex pursuits, strategic accounts, client meetings, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Coach team members on qualification, deal strategy, client positioning, next steps, and closing preparation. 
  • Help identify market opportunities, target accounts, partnerships, and sales process improvements that strengthen overall performance. 
Expand Client Relationships:
  • Drive consistent prospecting, account planning, and relationship development efforts. 
  • Support the growth of new vertical markets and strategic customer relationships.
  • Maintain strong client partnerships while helping resolve challenges and supporting escalations when needed. 
Collaborate Across the Business:
  • Work closely with Administration, Engineering, PMO, Procurement, Finance, and Marketing to improve coordination and remove barriers to success. 
  • Contribute to annual sales planning efforts and analysis of lost opportunities to improve future performance. 
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship-building roles. 
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing sales professionals preferred. 
  • A degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in AV systems integration, technology sales, or a related industry is preferred. 
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, forecasting, negotiation, and sales execution. 
  • The ability to guide complex opportunities from early conversations through successful close.
